We are grateful for you wanting to volunteer with us here at Footbridge Foundation! Volunteer Requirements: I hereby agree to accept a position as a volunteer worker for Footbridge Foundation. In doing so, I agree to become familiar with Footbridge Foundation’s policies and procedures and comply with the letter and spirit of all such policies and procedures. I acknowledge that my services are provided strictly on a volunteer basis, without any pay or compensation of any kind. I fully understand and agree that Footbridge Foundation expects high standards of moral and ethical treatment of animals under its care. I agree to adhere to these standards in my volunteer capacity with Footbridge Foundation. I fully understand and agree that Footbridge Foundation may, in its sole discretion, terminate me and my services as a Footbridge Foundation volunteer at any time for any reason. VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 16 YEARS OF AGE TO BE LEFT WITHOUT SUPERVISION AT AN EVENT. Risk of Injury & Property Damage: I recognize that while performing my volunteer services for Footbridge Foundation, which includes handling animals, the following risks exist: (1) injury to me including animal bites, whether accidental or not, and other types of personal physical harm, and (2) damage to my property. Release & Indemnification: I SHALL RELEASE, DISCHARGE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD Footbridge Foundation AND ITS EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND OTHER VOLUNTEERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "INDEMNIFIED PARTIES") HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, CAUSES, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, COSTS AND EXPENSES, including reasonable attorney fees, expert fees and court costs, arising from me making a claim for damages with respect to any aspect of my involvement with Footbridge Foundation, EVEN IF the claim, cause, demand, damage, cost or expense is CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF ONE OR MORE OF THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES. We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any damage or injury. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of any other provision shall not be affected. Public Relations: I understand that public relations are an important part of volunteering for Footbridge Foundation. I, therefore, agree on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns to allow Footbridge Foundation, to use any photographs and/or videos taken of me for use in any public relations efforts, even if Footbridge Foundation does not notify me of this use. I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of the foregoing Volunteer Release
