Howl-O-Ween Downtown Dog Market: Join us this Saturday, October 21st, from 10 AM to 2 PM at Legacy Park for The Dog Guide San Antonio's Howl-O-Ween Parade + Pet Costume Contest. It's going to be a howling good time with a costume parade + contest and Downtown Dog Market featuring shopping and yummy treats, a free photo booth, adoptable pups, and more! By joining the pet costume contest, you'll support a great cause - a portion of the costume contest registration goes to Footbridge Foundation! What's even more exciting is that Pawfect Poop Removal is sponsoring the adoption fees for the first 5 doggos who find their forever homes at the event! King William Area Yard Sale: Join us in supporting a fantastic cause while shopping! All proceeds from 317 Pereida St. during The King William Area Yard Sale will be going directly to Footbridge Foundation and the Cannoli Fund. Don't miss your chance to find unique treasures and contribute to something wonderful. Grab some cash and join us this Saturday, October 21st!

Trunk or Treat: Join us on Saturday, October 28th at Dogtopia Alamo Heights for their first-ever Trunk or Treat Event - costumes encouraged! Enjoy live music, fantastic vendors, photo ops, delicious food, a pet costume contest (with prizes!) and meet some of our adorable, adoptable animals. Fun for the whole family, furry friends included. Don't miss it! 

Off the Leash: Purchase your tickets now for Footbridge Foundation's biggest fundraising event of the year on November 11th from 1pm-4pm. Hosted by Chef Johnny Hernandez at Casa Hernán Cantina, Off the Leash will celebrate our San Antonio work and help fund our new spay-neuter clinic. Enjoy botanas by Chef Johnny Hernandez, signature cocktails, and entertainment by Roma Villavicencio, Falco, and Mariachi Diamante. Plus, don't miss our silent auction featuring fantastic prizes. All proceeds support Footbridge Foundation. Don't miss this exciting event! 

Apply to adopt one of our very special polydactyl cats! Siblings Bella, Lucia, Paolo, and Silvio are all still looking for their forever homes and we're SHOCKED that these polydactyl kitties (with the exception of Silvio, who isn't polydactyl but IS still a very special cat) haven't been snatched up already! Their adorable multi-toed mittens and Italian-inspired names are irresistible.🐾 

Bella, Lucia, and Paolo ALL have extra toes on all of their paws! Do you know how rare polydactyly on all FOUR paws is?! 

Polydactyly is most commonly found on the front paws only; it is rare for a cat to have polydactyl hind paws only, and polydactyly of all four paws is even less common. What we're trying to say is... these sweet cats are exceptional, and that's just science! 

❤️ Bella is a captivating black-and-white polydactyl beauty with striking ebony fur. Her gentle and observant nature adds to her charm, and once she gets to know you she becomes a super affectionate companion.

💚 Lucia is a gorgeous polydactyl tabby with LOTS of toes - you'll have to meet her and count them for yourself! Beneath her shy exterior lies a tender heart that's ready for giving and receiving lots of love.

❤️  Paolo is just adorable - his polydactyl paws are mismatched, which just adds to his charm! He's like a walking piece of art. Unlike his sister's Paolo is a confident and hilarious little guy, squeezing into the smallest places and always getting a laugh out of everyone around him. Not to mention, he's the biggest cuddle bug!

💚 Silvio is their final sibling who's special, too - just not for any extra toes! What he lacks in toes, he makes up for in lovability. His bright eyes and soft purr are hard to resist and his playful side comes out to add just the right amount of fun and excitement to your home!

These siblings are all very gentle and endearing cats who will bring a tranquil presence to your home. We hope you'll consider adding one (or more!) of them to your family.

Our Lonely Hearts Club continues to make dreams come true and we recently reached a HUGE milestone of over 50 animals adopted (or transferred for adoption) from this meaningful program! Lonely Hearts Club human members subscribe to a monthly donation to help us care for and cover the adoption fees for our harder-to-place animals until they find their forever families. We are SO grateful to our LHC members as we simply couldn't care for these animals on such a long term basis without their kind and generous donations. Thank you!
